Design knows that hardware failures, virus infections, spyware and malware don't wait until it is 'convenient' for you to have a problem which is why we are available even outside of regular office hours. Unlike many other companies out there we do not charge higher rates for after hours or weekend calls. If you have a computer problem outside of regular business hours we will do our best to be available.

Hard drives, memory, video cards, network cards, power supplies, monitors and motherboards (as well as other components) can fail at any time. Knowing who to call will help to get you back up and running before you know it. Whether your system is old or new we can find the replacement parts you need.

Limited data recovery services are also available - remember to backup your important documents regularly to avoid losing them.
